As an Account Representative within the Merchant Cash Advance Division, you will build a portfolio of customers and be rewarded for your results. New leads are driven to you through our direct marketing program. You will start day one with

Compensation:

$25,000 base/yr + Commissions and Bonuses.

Responsibilities:
·         Establish and maintain a customer database by converting in-house leads into sales for you, and the firm.
·         Achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
·         Communicate and educate customers on the benefits of the financial product you’ll be selling.
·         Conduct independent evaluation of eligibility based on credit risk, compliance, mandatory underwriter requirements and priority of customer funding.
·         Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and vendors with customer service as your main priority.

This position is responsible for monitoring client leasing accounts
for delinquencies, making collection calls to the lessee, and
initiating collections procedures when necessary. This position will
work closely with the Senior Collections Analyst to gain guidance in
difficult collections situations. The successful candidate will be able
to communicate effectively and efficiently to resolve accounts as well
as be proactive in follow-up procedures.

 Runs data to extract information on delinquent accounts with small
to mid-sized balances. Analyzes which accounts are on time and
delinquent and initiates collection procedures. Analyzes delinquent
accounts by reviewing billing and payment history against company
payment guidelines.  Contacts guarantors by telephone in attempts to
resolve accounts: assess guarantors ability to pay and negotiates
appropriate financial arrangements. Obtains guidance from the Senior
Collections Analyst for price & payback negotiations in larger
ticket or difficult situations. Prepares and sends correspondence on
delinquent accounts requiring special handling.  Prepares accounts for
transmittal to collection agencies when departmental collection efforts
are unsuccessful. Initiates appropriate follow-up action on mail
returned as undeliverable. Strives to achieve departmental Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Responsible for creating and
maintaining collections documentation in the customer files and in the
companys accounting system. Creates and maintains reports on account
activity. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 2 years collections/customer service experience. Equipment
leasing or financial services industry experience is a plus. Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Experience with collections data
management systems. Strong math skills required the ability to
calculate payments and interest charges, internal rates of return,
present value, amortization, etc. Ability to analyze problems with
many variables to determine the appropriate solutions. Exhibits a
professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment. Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises solid
judgment to complete assigned tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office
software applications and Outlook for email. Must possess strong Excel
and Internet searching skills. Strong, effective oral and written
communications skills. Serves as an effective communicator for
collection and resolution of lease accounts. Must have strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to influence resolution. Organizational skills including follow up and meticulous attention to
detail. Demonstrates traits consistent with the company culture -
drive and perseverance in accomplishing goals; sense of responsibility
and integrity; effectiveness as a team member; adaptability to new
projects; planning and organizational skills; resourcefulness; energy
and motivation to accept and complete tasks; and enthusiasm for the
business and their work.
